We accept all major credit cards through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
When you place an order on our site, your card is debited in EUR immediately and not at the time of dispatch.
If you wish to obtain a refund, this can be done by contacting us at support@shoussy.com, you have 24 hours after ordering to do so.
A refund takes 3-5 business days to return to your account. If you used PayPal, the refund is immediate.
We currently accept Stripe payments.

Your Mastercard number is not accessible to us. When your purchase is complete, we only see your billing information, shipping information, order details and therefore the last 4 digits of your Mastercard.

Shoussy accepts payments via PayPal on both desktop and mobile.
Please note that you will be redirected to PayPal for verification when you place an order. However, you can also check out without a PayPal account by clicking "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and entering your credit card information on a secure website.
We do not store any of your bank's information or login information.
If you need to place an order, we can create the order for you and send you the invoice for the payment, but we do not accept or ask any bank details or PayPal credentials via email.
